By using MIZŪMI’s website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, you should not use our services.

2. Ordering & Availability

• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

• After an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact customer service promptly if needed.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices include VAT (where applicable) and are displayed in your local currency.

• Payment is securely processed at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other local payment methods.

• International orders may be subject to additional duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility unless specified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• MIZŪMI ships globally. Shipping costs and customs duties vary by destination.

• Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, except made-to-order or pre-order items.

• You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.

• A signature may be required for delivery depending on the shipping method.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• You may return unworn items within 21 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise. Prepaid labels may be provided where applicable.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of processing the return.

• Exchanges are accepted by availability; custom-made items may not be eligible for return or exchange as noted at purchase.

• While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur.

• All products are subject to availability, and MIZŪMI reserves the right to discontinue any item at any time.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, under exclusive jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.
